1) How can I contact your customer service team?

Our customer service team strives to respond to all emails within 24-48 hours.

3) What is the shipping time?
All orders ship within 4-5 business days from our warehouse after receipt of order.

Shipping times are estimated at 7-30 business days.

Please note that our turnaround and shipping times depend on customer location and shipping times may increase for your order during holidays and peak periods.

4) Do you offer returns and refunds?

5) What if I receive a damaged product?
Please send an e-mail to contact@gendomilano.fr indicating your order number and attaching a video and photos of the defect. Product photos/videos must show that the product has not been used and that all labels are intact.

6) Are customs duties and taxes included in the product price?
Additional charges such as import tax, duties, and related customs charges, if any, are determined and charged by the destination country's customs office, and the cost is not covered by any payments you make to us. Please contact your local customs office directly for details.

7) Do you offer discounts and promotions?
Yes, we offer discounts and promotions. Be sure to subscribe to our mailing list to receive information about our special offers.

8) Why has my tracking status not been updated?
Don't worry ! Your tracking status may take 24 hours to update from pre-shipment status.

9) Is it possible to modify or cancel an order?
Please contact our team immediately if you need to change or cancel your order. Unfortunately, we cannot modify or cancel your order after it has left our warehouse.
